Stuart showed me empathy while he stuck me and was a quick thinker to calm me down.
Thank you for all that you did while I visited the Emergency Room. Stuart and my doctor were awesome. They both had great bedside personalities and outstanding communication skills.
I hate needles, and Stuart shared an Army story with me to help me feel comfortable along with his own dislike for needles. He also had exceptional listening and speaking skills. Stuart showed me empathy while he stuck me and was a quick thinker to calm me down. His approach showed his caring, empathetic nature, and his sense of humor was just what I needed.
I'm 65-years-old, but if I had to go back into the nursing field, I would like to work next to him. Being a nurse myself for almost 30 years, his nature made me comfortable knowing he was the "perfect nurse" if there was one. I appreciate him and feel blessed that I left the hospital with a good impression.
During my visit, I had a nurse and doctor who took their jobs seriously and made me feel better. Nurses, like Stuart, know how to be caring and empathic to patients. I came today feeling nothing but miserable and in pain, but to have the most outstanding nurse step into the room with empathy and concern helped me bear the pain. Thank God for having these two wonderful people here at this hospital.
