Nurse Grace (Stuti) brings a shimmer of hope to the 15th floor with her positive attitude and the individualized care she gives each patient. For example, there was a patient who was adjusting to her medications and was having a hard time getting back to bed. Grace was called, and she was so empathetic. She held the patient's hand and spoke softly to her while was going through a difficult time. Eventually, the patient talked to Grace and got up from the chair, and was taken to her room. Grace was also helpful with me, and I felt depressed. Grace always displayed an enthusiastic persona which always lifted my depression. She also showed me a clever way to take pills so I don't choke, which is a help to me since I take a lot of medications. I will always remember Grace and her compassion and her willingness to go way beyond the call of duty.
