I came to the Emergency Department suffering from bleeding due to a miscarriage, with severe pain in my abdomen and back. I was extremely afraid of the cleaning procedure, especially since I had no companion with me and didn’t know what to do or how to act. My feelings were filled with sadness over the miscarriage and fear because of the loneliness I felt in the hospital. But then, I met a true angel of mercy — a nurse who truly lived up to her name.

Seeing her kind smile and gentle face, and feeling her compassionate care after the procedure, took away much of my fear and anxiety. She cared for me like a sister before treating me as a patient, proving that the language of compassion is the highest of all, and that there are still people who plant hope with their smiles and kindness.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and thank you to Security Forces Hospital for having such a wonderful nurse. Words of gratitude will never be enough to express how thankful I am.
