Sucely showed the patience of a saint during her shift. In dealing with a known difficult patient, she consistently showed respect, patience, and kindness towards them even if it was met with hostility as well as fake accusations. She maintained a cool head as well as maintained professionalism in a difficult environment. She persisted and managed to complete the task at hand where most would have given up or simply walked away. Sucely is an exemplary model of Northwestern's and Marianjoy's philosophy of "patients first."
