Sucheela Singkha, Registered Nurse Level 3

I would like to commend Nurse Sucheela of Ward 8A for her excellent, skilled, and highly professional care in attending to my mother during this hospital admission. Because my mother was coughing up a large amount of blood and her oxygen levels were significantly below the normal range, she needed urgent suctioning to clear her airways and allow oxygen to easily reach her lungs. Nurse Sucheela showed incredible patience while performing suctioning for an extended period, showing no signs of fatigue from standing for hours. Her unwavering dedication to clearing all the blood clots from the throat and trachea was evident. This was done to restore oxygen levels to normal because the mother had begun experiencing shortness of breath and labored breathing at that time. Furthermore, she addressed all the relatives' questions, concerns, and anxieties very well. Even though she had to come in and out quite frequently, Nurse Sucheela always had a smile and was ready to help. She is a very valuable staff member at Ward 8A and at Bumrungrad Hospital. My mother had to go in and out of this hospital many times. I hope Bumrungrad Hospital and others will retain their excellent, highly qualified staff.
