The untold story of an unsung hero; there are many and different types of heroes. There are those who become heroes because of the event in which they demonstrated great courage. The fearless challenge just to save the lives of others. That is the type of hero for our dear colleague Ms. Suchitra Suresh. A silent lady on the corner, who is observant as you can see to her eyes, eventually becomes assertive as evident in dealing with her patients and other medical team members.

Lately, it has been observed to her, in handling patients, particularly patients admitted as a case of RTA and a long-term patient. She was much appreciated by the watcher because of her exemplary nursing care towards the patient. This is more apparent during our random rounds as a nurse supervisor, where the majority of the patients as well the watchers are so familiar with her. As her previous head nurse, verbalizes likewise good characteristics that she really possessed. She deserves to be a nightingale of a new era.
