I was having pain issues when she came on shift that she quickly solved. I made a comment about something else and she said 'first we'll get your pain under control and go from there.' The only ice bag available kept sliding off my knee, she made one up with a plastic bag and a pillowcase that worked great! She's a very nice, compassionate, and knowledgeable person. It was very comforting to be taken care of by someone who really knows what they're doing.

I had knee replacement surgery and Sue was extremely upbeat, proactive, and diligent in addressing my needs and communicating with my doctor during my 2-day post-surgical stay. Pain management was initially a real problem and when the normal medication was not providing the relief needed she quickly worked to address the situation and get what was necessary to provide relief, which enabled me to get the max benefit of my PT. She constantly asked questions to monitor my progress and ensure I was improving. My overall experience was 5 STARS, in large part due to Sue's role in my recovery.
