My husband's mother passed away on a Monday, and we made funeral arrangements for the following Thursday. Early in the morning on Wednesday, my husband had to be taken to the ER with severe abdominal pain. He was admitted later in the day. Knowing we wouldn't be able to attend his mom's funeral on Thursday, Sue Ellen worked diligently to get a TV set up so we could watch the live streaming of the funeral. The computer kept freezing and then went off completely. Sue Ellen continued trying to get it to work but couldn't. She then went to her manager and asked if we could use her laptop and we were able to view his mom's funeral on the laptop. Without Sue Ellen's compassion, we would not have been able to watch the funeral. This meant so much to my husband, we will be forever grateful for Sue Ellen's compassion.
