My dad came into the hospital Thursday night. We had really great care every night but we had a great nurse in Sue. She spoke with such kindness to my father as well as my mom. She went over all the information and answered all of our questions. She took really great care of him. If he or the family had any concerns she took care of him and just loved on him. Having caring nurses will always make a difference in patient care. I appreciated how Sue handled my father. She was always in an upbeat, positive mood and sharing her sunshine. My dad is horrified of needles and she made my dad laugh. She lifted his spirits. Sue is a true blessing.

Ms. Sue made me smile. She gave me such a vivid description of how my pancreas worked that I will always remember and take much better care of it. She has such a big smile and is so kind and patient. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. Her willingness to check on me had my wife saying that Sue knows her job and does it without fail. We talked about family and introduced her to our girls. She was spot-on with her information and her care of and for me was exemplary. She is a treasure. Thank you, Sue. Big hearts to you and may our Lord bless and keep you.
