Sue Grimaldi, RN, Intensive Care Unit, was recognized for her empathy, compassion and drive to give her patients the best care.

A patient shared that “not only did she care for my wife physically, she provided encouragement and advice to our whole family.”

Sue’s peers added, “Her patients are her priority, and she focuses totally on their care, attentive to the small details (shampoo/shave). We often see patients and their families coming back after discharge asking to see Sue to let her know that all her hard work allowed them to return home.”
