Sue Herran, RN

Sue is a kind, supportive, and optimistic leader who puts her patients and her team above everything. She has led her Vascular Access team through many difficulties including the COVD-19 pandemic and the unexpected loss of a team member, always ready with hugs, smiles, patience, and kind words. She shares in the joys of her team and comforts them in their sorrows. Sue regularly covers shifts when needed, including nights and weekends, without complaint or hesitation, doing everything she can to make sure the patients receive the care they need. Sue’s team describes her as reassuring, encouraging, patient, kind, and strong. Sue never gives up and is a true advocate for her patients and her team.
