Sue Mathews, RN

My wife and I first met Sue when I was scheduled for infusion. We were not sure what to expect. She was so friendly and outgoing. She put us at ease with her explanations about what to expect. She did a thorough assessment of all my numerous allergies and health considerations. She came up with a complete treatment plan involving myself and my wife. She made us feel important. Her sense of humor made us more comfortable. Her compassion and empathy showed us how much she truly cares about her patients. Receiving IV infusions for five days straight was challenging with my limited venous access. On the second day, I needed a new IV. Sue coordinated with the ultrasound technician to start the line. The whole process was seamless. We have been so impressed with how kind Sue has been to us. Her problem-solving and time management skills are amazing. My wife and I are both RNs and were so impressed with how Sue interacts with her patients and connects with them. She also coordinates with other members of the team to provide excellent care. She is truly an outstanding nurse.
