First of all, I was brought to Ms. Sue’s MICU for life and death reasons (which will be determined shortly). You need to understand that Baptist Health Care is the only hospital out of 7 that not only is trying to figure out what is wrong with me and is really on track doing so with knowing I am homeless. I have no insurance or money at the moment but Baptist Health Care took me in any way and then entered Ms. Sue. Ask her if she is part super star. (I think she should sport a cape) lol. Anyway, Sue and her counterparts showed me nothing short of wonderful care, and respect, and not once was I ever in any pain or discomfort. I have been treated like I owned the hospital. Frankly, the entire staff should be rewarded with a medal (In my opinion)! To treat and care for someone such as myself, (est time spent at Baptist 4 weeks) the way I have been treated really shows the level of what most pros would call professional courtesy. The truth is, Sue and her crew are so past even the best doctors and nurses I have ever seen. I think the DAISY Award may remind her and the staff that they’re only the best because they work with the best.
