Sue is always on target and one step ahead in patient care, mentoring, and training nurses. Her communication with doctors solves ALL the problems. She works with the doctors on medications to ensure they work. Sue’s follow-up is beyond belief. She never misses a beat. She brings out the best in everyone. When a patient buzzes for help, Sue always asks if the patient needs anything else. Sue either calls the patients or comes directly to their rooms. I have never met such a caring nurse. Sue is an amazing nurse who brings 30 years of experience to the team. She will go out of her way to bring out the very best in the team. Sue is a workaholic – never stops. She is a very caring and giving nurse. She gets an A+++ for all her efforts. Sue is most deserving of this award. She always puts patients, families, and staff as her top priority.
