I was in Raleigh for business and developed appendicitis. I had no family or support here in Raleigh. Sue not only provided excellent attention and compassionate nursing care, but she connected on a personal level to provide emotional support. She went out of her way to help me out, brought me toiletries from her home, and picked up my belongings that had been left at my downtown hotel. Sue's commitment to patient care in all aspects exceeded my expectations.
