I was brought in as an emergency and I was terrified. Sue was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond with her kindness and compassion. She held my hand- literally, through my C-section, and it was her voice that got me and my husband through the fear and anxiety. She was amazing with every detail and a wonderful advocate for me in areas of care that I didn't quite understand. She turned a very scary situation into the most special occasion of our lives!
