With experience in many areas, Sue is a strong night charge nurse, and a strong mentor. She is able to cover in ED as triage Nurse; and has floated and worked as charge on the Tele unit. I have sent new grads to Sue for further orientation. She has taken them under her wing and helped them to grow and develop. She is an asset to the medical unit, her peers, and WARMC.
