Sue is a nurse who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to comfort patients and families, even if it means staying late to finish her charting" writes her nominator. Sue works on the NICU unit so she encounters some very anxious parents. Sue will explain everything that is involved in the care of a new born and answer every question from the new parents until they understand completely and she makes sure they are relieved of any fears.
