Sue came and talked to me when I had a doctor who treated me and my family very badly. She sat and talked to me in the conference room and made phone calls and made it possible for me to get the second opinion that really helped in my care. She went over and beyond the call of duty and came to see me the next day to make sure that the changes were being made. She is an angel. She deserves all the best for what she does for patients.
