I take allergy injections every three weeks in Danville. Then I developed breast cancer. Since I had radiation treatments M-F, I wasn't able to take my allergy shots due to the treatments. I would go five weeks without shots, and then I wouldn't have been at maintenance level anymore. SueAnn obtained permission to come in on two different Saturdays at urgent care so I would be able to receive my shots. She came in on her days off, so I think she deserves the DAISY Award. I don't know of very many nurses that would go out of their way for a patient. She is always kind and full of compassion.
