Literally one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with, especially in the emergency department, even though there is supposed to be a lot of pressure at work there, she was responsive to me. In particular, Suha was very attentive to my physical and also my mental condition. She was very professional, kind, and understood exactly what she was doing.
In less than an hour, I felt very comfortable in a place that I’m normally scared of, and I felt at ease because of the nurse's care and the attention of the emergency staff. Honestly, I haven’t met a nurse like her before; she is truly wonderful in every sense of the word. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service both professionally and personally. I felt comfortable, as if she had known me for a long time.
She pays attention to the smallest details, asks about my health, not just as a work routine but with genuine care from her heart. She constantly reassures me, speaks kindly, and makes me feel better even when I’m upset or tired. Her approach is comforting, and her smile makes the place feel calmer.
