When I was referred to Tawam Hospital Oncology Department, me and my family were completely upset and ignorant about the treatment procedures. From Day 1, Ms. Suma played a vital role in bringing the treatment, procedures, plans, guidance, instructions, etc, in a caring/compassionate manner.
Her tireless, devoted, optimistic attitude and behavior helped us in many ways to become emotionally stable. We felt Ms. Suma is a good staff with positive communication skills, willing to listen to patients and family members and suggest solutions to problems.
