All unit Nurses are Amma: Means Mother and that is very much true. I realize this after meeting Nurse Sumi. Nurse Sumi looks very innocent and polite in Neonatal ICU. The way she takes care of my child was beyond words. I saw Nurses give medicine on time, take care of babies, making sure whatever the doctor suggested; they follow things accordingly. But I have never seen a Nurse who use to sing a song (Lori) for a child to make him sleep. Only mother can do this, no one else. So, she was a real mother to my child. She used to sing a Lori and make sure he sleeps properly. Thank you so much Nurse Sumi for not just taking care of my child in NICU but also standing like a mother beside him.

I guess more than medicine, your cuddle, love, and care helped him to recover fast. He got admitted to NICU for fast breathing and not digesting milk. Being a first-time mother, I am very much concerned and tense but Nurse Sumi takes over all my stress. The way she took care of my child is remarkable. Thank you, Nurse Sumi, for being the mother of my child when he most needed it.
