I had been a patient for almost 3 weeks. My hair was a mess not having been shampooed during this time. I had mentioned to Summer how matted my hair was and being 77 years old with several physical disabilities, I couldn't even brush it. She skipped her lunch and breaks to wash my hair, trim my bangs, and got the tangles out. She is an extraordinary person as well as an excellent nurse.
