I wanted to share the below praise from a patient who complimented you for your exceptional service and care with our members. "I would like to express my gratitude for the recent care I was given. I am new to having Kaiser insurance. I do not know yet how to fully navigate the process of obtaining care. I am very impressed with the technology and the ease of care delivered by Kaiser. I recently had an acute illness episode, which required prompt attention. I used advice services, and I would like to recognize Summer at the Vallejo call center. She provided me with exceptional care and conveyed to me that she cared for me and reassured me. This is a personal gift she has, and she chooses to bring with her to work at KP to give the best patient care!
