Summer always takes the time to do thorough assessments and advocates for her patients with everything she’s got.
I could come up with a million reasons as to why Summer is a DAISY Nurse. She is a dependable co-worker who is always here, ready to work, and be a team player. She is always going above and beyond for patients and their family members. She always takes the time to do thorough assessments and advocates for her patients with everything she’s got. It was refreshing to work with a nurse who is always looking out for her co-workers and making sure she did everything she could so all patients on the floor could have the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, she is transferring to another floor to grow in her career, but she is a nurse who will excel and flourish and be loved by many no matter where she goes.
