Sunny was extremely caring and informative. She continuously went the extra mile in communication with my heart doctor. Each time she discussed anything with the doctor she informed me of exactly what was discussed. On the day I was discharged when a new medication was to be started, she called to see if there was any financial help available for the prescription. This allowed me to purchase it at $0.00 payment instead of the $170.00 cost. If she had not assisted and followed through, I could not have afforded this medication.
Sunny showed tremendous nursing ability, certainly doing her job as a nurse, but going way beyond what she gets paid to do. I so appreciate the care and caring she provided me.
