During our brother's four-day stay in Hospice, Sungmi was such an awesome caregiver in so many ways. She took extra time to truly evaluate him every time she came by, to explain things to us and answer all questions. Her gentle manner was sincere, and her concern heartfelt. We were so thankful for her involvement in his life and that of our large group of family and friends. We couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and caring nurse, and it made this very sad occasion more bearable.
