My husband came through the emergency department with serious balance and blood count issues. He was moved to a room at 12:15 a.m. and the next morning we met Sunitha. Right away she was professional and warm, conversing as she did her job. She checked on my husband frequently because we were uncertain about what he was dealing with.
Around noon, his temperature was about 99 degrees; by 1:00 p.m. his temperature was 103.1 degrees and he wasn't making any sense. Sunitha went into high gear, contacted the doctor and moved with a calm intensity that showed how serious the circumstances were but never to scare us. She was genuinely concerned and when the doctor arrived, it was obvious Sunitha was highly regarded by the doctor. She even gave me a hug as I left that day- the genuine concern was phenomenal!
