Sunshine went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. She came in with the biggest smile, if I had a question she would go out of her way to find the answer. She printed out information to help with those explanations. She was truly an angel in disguise. As a Northerner, I sometimes came across as bold, but it really is just my fear of not knowing what's happening to me.
