Sunshine Tiotuico, RN

I think all the nurses and aides were excellent during my stay. The one that really stood out was Sunshine. I met her on my last day. She was friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. She explained whatever medication I got, gave me tips to care for myself, and although she was super busy, her response time was amazing. I left Queens feeling that your department is doing an excellent job in healing and really caring for the patient. Lots of empathy. By the way, I forgot my cell phone charger and she called me at home to tell me how I could get it back from security. Please keep up the good work. We appreciate all that you do!
