Supaporn Ramangkur assisted me while I was preparing for my cystoscopy. She is an excellent nurse. Very caring and gentle when she prepared IV insertion, she was extremely gentle and made that it didn't hurt. She also took care to insert the medicine slowly and checked with me. She explained all the things that I need to be aware of after the procedure. Her communication skills are excellent as well. I was very nervous and her presence helped me.
