Nurse “Suphisara” helped me greatly. In a critical situation, while the patient had no one to prick a vein to give medicine through the IV, while I was sick with nausea. Dilemma: I have quite a lot of stomach pain. She is full of kindness, enthusiasm, patience, and no anxiety. She has a leadership spirit and controls events very well. IV Team staff (there were two of them that night) took a vein so it could be tested for blood. However, the medicine could not be given after a long wait for reinsertion. This Nurse walked by and found out about not being able to detect blood vessels, so she jumped in to provide help until she was successful in giving medicine. I would like to express my gratitude in the spirit of her and the quality of this Bumrungrad personnel sincerely
