My Dad was admitted after a post-op complication of his hip replacement. He ended up staying for 2+ weeks and his condition yo-yo'd constantly while we were here. Our RN, Surafel, was very helpful in advocating for my Dad when his pain wasn't being managed properly, as well as filling in communication gaps between us and the doctors. He was the only positive medical processional I encountered during my visits and was SO grateful to have his assistance in advocating for my Dad.
