I have worked in the OR for over two years now. This has been one of the hardest, most efficient teams I have worked with. They take wonderful care of the patients from the pre-op process to surgery, to recovery, and always put their patients at ease.
The OR Team is skilled and prepares everything our surgeons will need for the procedure. PACU recovers our patients after anesthesia. They are vigilant and watch the patients closely until they are well enough to leave. Everyone works hard and long hours. The teamwork we have as a group is unmatched. The relationships we have built with each other are special and something to treasure.
One Day Surgery is a wonderful department to work in, and we truly work as a team. We all get along well. We are family, not just coworkers. We all jump in and help or offer to help when asked. I am very blessed to work with this wonderful team.
