"When every patient comes into the hospital, it's a new and frightening experience, even if they've done it many times before. We are scared, disoriented, we have many questions and we forget some questions. Most times we don't feel well, we can be crabby, unknowingly rude, tense, and feel isolated. For all that I apologize. I would like to thank my entire Team for alleviating my fears, having extreme patience, and compassion, answering every question, making me feel welcome, and holding my hand throughout. Professionals ALL, you don't get that good without having a special calling to help people. Thank God they have that calling. I couldn't do it! Have a cinnamon roll on me! Sincere thanks."
"All my Nurses were great, even the greeter as I came into the facility. They made me feel very at ease afterward, explained exactly what would happen next.
