Ms. Surya Jose noticed that pharmacy entered the medication Furosemide incorrectly in BCMA for a patient. She caught it and notified pharmacy right away. Because of her practicing the 5 rights of medication administration, she prevented double dosing of Furosemide which could have a potential severe bad effect on an elderly resident/patient.
