Susie is well knowledge and very skilled in nursing and patient care. Her attitude was pleasant at all times. She was very good at knowing how and when to be serious or direct. She had very good ideas and suggestions when others didn't even notice the minor details of my wife's quiet discomfort. Susie gets an "A+" rating in my book.

Susie is upbeat and easy to talk to. She made me feel better about myself even though I have this disgusting infection. She is always professional while still being empathetic and fun. I found all of the staff here to be kind and caring.
