During this year I have been into Lourdes several times for spinal taps. Each time Susie Andersen has been my nurse. From the beginning, she saw that I was nervous. She made me smile and put me at ease. She explains every step of the way so that I understand what is going to happen. She even comes to check up on me after even though I have left her area. I feel like she goes above and beyond what is asked of her job duties and deserves recognition! She is truly a huge part of what makes this hospital so great!
