Susan Bach, DNP, RN, FNP-BC

I didn't even need three full clinical days to tell that Dr. Bach is special. Dr. Bach is the definition of what it's like to go above and beyond for her students. She was aware of the hesitancy of the hospital staff to accept and guide students and took it upon herself to ensure every student got great opportunities during clinical. Dr. Bach practically runs around all day, grabbing students left and right when she hears about something 'cool' going on. Dr. Bach was even willing to meet me and another student at the hospital very early to guarantee we were able to get into the OR to witness a c-section. She is a great instructor and educator, and I am really grateful to have had her during my maternal/newborn clinical rotation!

Dr. Bach was extraordinary at Fillmore to ensure all her students are getting an equal opportunity at clinical despite many hurdles within the Labor and Delivery unit; she goes above and beyond in teaching and ensuring we are all getting as much as we can during our clinical day. She is inspiring and extremely dedicated to her profession!
