Sue is the nicest most caring nurse I have come across. Her support and kindness have made a huge difference to my recovery after open-heart surgery. The rehabilitation service she runs is excellent and has continued through the COVID-19 lockdown with regular telephone calls and online support. Sue manages to offer a perfect mix of friendliness and professional support. She is very knowledgeable and approachable and she and her team have been a lifeline for me during my recovery. I can't thank the Trust as a whole for my excellent care, but I would be so pleased if you could thank her formally with this Award, it is much deserved.
