Susan Berg, BSN, RN, CMSRN, OCN

I would like to nominate Susan for this award for going above and beyond when helping me start my shift. Susan stayed three hours past her scheduled shift to help me get a patient admitted. Susan not only stayed and helped with the admission, but also took the time to show me how to properly use the Rover to upload pictures for a skin assessment. Susan is always willing to help any of her co-workers and is always going the extra mile for her patients. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and I feel like Susan truly deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication. She is a role model for all nurses on the unit, a great mentor, and a truly amazing co-worker.
