Susan Brass, BSN, RN, CMSRN

I am always so impressed by nurse Susan Brass. She is compassionate, uses excellent critical thinking, and works efficiently. She often floats to any floor she is called to but is also an incredibly strong ICU nurse. Every interaction I have with her is pleasant and respectful, and I have never heard her complain, no matter how many days in a row she works or how high her workload is on any given day. She is the epitome of who I would want to take care of my loved ones.
