Susan always goes above and beyond for her entire staff. She is always available to listen to her employees while managing three departments. She is always positive. She is willing to help the nurses by getting their patients ready for their procedures when we are short-staffed. She is always available to listen to our concerns and helps us resolve our issues in the department. She shows concern when we have personal issues. I am a Diabetic and I had problems with paying for my meds. Susan looked up the information for the Diabetic Program that OhioHealth offers and helped me get all the medications I needed. I think she deserves to be recognized for all the hard work she does and for the care and concern she shows her employees.
