Our daughter had been in the NICU for a month. Susan Buckley was her nurse several times during her stay. Susan was so amazing! She is super informative and explained everything in detail, in words we would understand. She is genuinely caring. Our daughter had to have several X RAYS done and Susan took our daughter's doll with her so she would be comforted during the tests. She also wrote on a piece of paper "I LOVE YOU MOMMY AND DADDY" and laid it on our daughter's belly while the NICU cam was on so we would see it. She always asked how we were doing when we called to get updates on our daughter. She has been so supportive and reassuring. Susan Buckley really deserves this award.
