Recently, there was an 11-month-old trach patient who was unresolved in the parking lot. Susan immediately took charge of the situation and began manually bagging the patient. Susan's quick thinking and fast response played a crucial role in ensuring a positive outcome for the patient. Thanks to her efforts, the patient was stabilized and discharged home. I am impressed by Susan's exceptional clinical skills and her ability to remain calm and composed in a crisis. Her dedication to her patients is truly remarkable, and she has undoubtedly made a significant impact on the lives of countless patients and their families.
