Susan had me at my worst. She was always there at night when I needed her. That level of care and attention made me feel safe and well cared for. This also reassured my family that I was well taken care of. She was mindful of my request to be modest. She helped me to maintain dignity in a situation where I had very little control. Her sense of humor was also a bright spot in my visit.
