Susan DeVelis is a great person and a phenomenal nurse who cares about every patient. She works tirelessly at her job to make sure everything is perfect and strives to make everything better. At the systems level she thinks "out of the box" to improve Lahey in every way. Her heart is always in the right place. Susan works hard to exceed our patients' high expectations for service each day and is driven by continuous process improvement; consistent with Lahey's mission statement/goals. Susan truly is the glue that holds our department together!
