I recently had a procedure with a CT scan. Susan was so good to me. She explained everything that would happen in great detail, which certainly helped my state of mind! When the procedure was delayed she just pulled up a stool and sat and chatted with me, keeping me calm. It was fun to get to know her as a person! The best part was Susan staying by my side, rubbing my arm and singing to me to keep my mind off the pain! Susan truly was my "sunshine." Thank you!!
