In 20+ years of being in and out of the hospital with loved ones, Susan is hands down the BEST nurse we have ever encountered. She was consistently cheerful in disposition, conscientious in her duties, and competent in her decisions. She took every concern we voiced seriously and acted to resolve each one immediately. She gave attention to detail, yet also worked quickly and efficiently. When we had questions, she patiently and thoroughly answered each one. If she did not know the answer, she found it for us. Susan was extremely attentive to the needs of my papa, checking on him regularly. She always made sure that his most basic needs were met and was thoughtful toward our family too. She had a high degree of excellence in all of her work and gave equal attention to the technical and relational aspects of her job. Because of Susan's expert care, my papa's condition improved significantly during her watch. What sets Susan apart is that she is as personable as she is professional. She has the full package of what it takes to care for the whole person and their family.
